In This Place!

Go back with me if you will, to the Garden of Eden, the motherland in Africa. Nestled between the flowing streams of the Tigris and Euphrates rivers. Paradise is what we’ll call it! A place where all that you’ll ever need is right within reach. Allow your imaginations to travel back to a time before the adversary dared you to venture outside of the Most High’s will. Before he cunningly persuaded you that it was better to feed your flesh and starve your soul. Look around! There are no designer clothes to mask your insecurities because nakedness knows no shame. Strength and dignity is what clothes you and obedience to the Most High is ALL that defines you. Take a glimpse! Wow! No stupendously large houses filled with lots of lovely stuff yet void of the love that makes the house a home..No social media platforms inundating you with an endless barrage of empty vessels who parade before you their superficial lives day in and day out.. Encouraging you, daring you, even admonishing you for not “living your best life.” Isn’t it beautiful there? Yesssssss! That place is exactly where I want you! Let’s stay there for a while, let’s take a look around. Let’s glean from this place, learn from this place, grow from this place.. Get to know ourselves....IN THIS PLACE!
